Boswellia
Boswellia is a plant known in phytotherapy for its innumerable properties; the boswellic acids it is rich in act as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic in many osteoarticular and muscle disorders. In addition, these acids help inhibit the overproduction of elastase - an enzyme that attacks and damages the elastic portion of tissues which are affected by ongoing inflammatory processes - by enhancing joint motility and reducing swelling and pain in case of rheumatisms, muscular tension, arthritis and arthrosis.
