Quinine sulphate
Antimalarial product, useful for the treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria.
USAGE
Adults: 500-750mg every 8 hours for 10-14 days, when the infections is caused by chloroquine-resistant strains; 250-1000mg every 8 hours for 6-12 days for other malarial infections.
Children: 8.3mg/kg of body weight every 8 hours.
